1. What 's your return policy for your custom made lettering stencils?
If we made a mistake with your order please return your stencil to us with-in 30 days for a refund. We are not responsible for returns if you tear your stencil removing it from the backing or in cleaning. Our stencils are durable but it is possible to tear them if you're not careful.
2. How do you ship your custom made decorative lettering stencils?
Our custom made decorative lettering stencils are loosely rolled up and shipped in a box. Our stencils are shipped with the low tack craft paper attached for extra support. Simply unroll your stencil and remove the craft paper.
3. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, since the majority of our shipping is done via UPS we must have a street address.
4. How soon will my order be shipped?
We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours (not counting weekends).
5. I like your stencils but, I would like to change a couple of the words in your phrases. Can you make me a custom stencil?
Yes, we can make you a custom stencil, simply email us your ideas.
6. Can I pay by personal check?
Yes, please send your personal check to: The Wildwood Cottage, PO Box 10789 White Bear Lake, MN 55110. Please allow an extra 10 business days when paying by personal check.
